She looked picture perfect beaming a high wattage smile while posing on the red carpet wearing a Marchesa Resort 2011 dress.

Her strapless dress with a jeweled sweet-heart neckline bodice isn’t quite the same dress which was presented. Apart from the colour, the dress also has a different skirt.

The runway dress has a full pleated skirt, whilst Freida’s version has a wrap skirt which drapes from the waist. Once again Freida made the right choice.

Actress Freida Pinto covers the NY Times T Style Magazine for Fall 2010, photographed by Ryan McGinley. “Freida Pinto is not one to shy away from a grand gesture. “As my friends and family are quick to remind me, I have always been a big drama queen,” Pinto, 26, recalls over breakfast in a Midtown hotel suite. “As a child, I would stand in front of the mirror and pretend I was this or that person from television. All I needed to do was realize it and recognize what I wanted to do.”
